Getting Here

Our address is:
49 Chalk Farm Road
We’re on the corner of Chalk Farm Road and Ferdinand Street, opposite Chalk Farm Morrisons.
You can find a Googlemap here

On the Underground:
The Barfly is on Chalk Farm Road, 10 Minutes walk from Camden Town tube and five from Chalk Farm. Both stations are on the Northern line. We’re in zone 2 for those of you minding your travelcards.
The last tubes Northbound are around 12:45 am Mon-Sat and 11:45pm on Sundays. The last Southbound services leave approx 12:25 am Mon-Sat and 11:45pm Sundays. Most shows here at The Barfly will be finished by 11pm, so you will have plenty time to get to the station once the bands are finished, provided that one last pint doesn’t last too long!

On the Overground:
Kentish Town West station is 10 minutes walk from the venue. The Overground will take you east towards Stratford via Highbury and Islington, Dalston and Hackney or West towards Richmond via West Hampstead and Brondesbury. Trains are generally every five minutes or so.
Last trains east are at approx 11:40pm Mon-Fri and 11:35pm Sat/Sun; last trains west are approximately 12:05am Mon-Sat and 11:25pm on Sundays.

By Bus:
Camden has bus routes heading all over London. Immediately outside you can catch any of the following:

31 From Camden to White City via Swiss Cottage, Kilburn and Notting Hill

N31 From Camden to Clapham Junction via Swiss Cottage, Kilburn, Notting Hill and Battersea

24 (24 Hour) Towards Hampstead Heath or Pimlico via Tottenham Court Road

393 Towards Clapton via Highbury and Islington & Stoke Newington

168 Towards Hampstead or Old Kent Road via Euston, Waterloo & Elephant & Castle

27 Towards Chiswick via Baker Street, Paddington & Kensington

N28 Towards Wandsworth via Kilburn, Notting Hill & Fulham

N5 Towards Edgware via Golders Green & Hampstead or Trafalgar Square via Euston

If you’re heading anywhere in London not covered by these routes, there will probably be a bus in that direction from Camden Town which is ten minutes walk.

If in any doubt, check for more info on public transport links.

By Car:
Camden has very little parking! There are a few bays outside and in the area which are metered until 11pm every day apart from Sunday. Stays are limited to two hours outside the venue. A quick warning; should you overstay your ticket or park without paying before 11pm you WILL get a ticket, no question about it!
After 11pm, parking is free, but very limited and pretty competitive.
Blue Badge Scheme
Camden Borough is a dedicated participant in the European Blue Badge Scheme. As long as you display your badge and clock correctly, you can park in any shared use bay in the borough free of charge. This applies to all badge holders, not just borough residents. There are also a limited number of Disabled Use bays which any Blue Badge holder can park in.

There is a minicab office right opposite the venue and another nearby on Hawley Road. Camden is also well serviced by London Black cabs and if you’d rather hail one down than wait in an office, you stand a pretty good chance of catching one.
